Parents-to-be and parents of newborns are invited to attend a free Breastfeeding workshop hosted by Niagara Region Public Health.

A Lactation Consultant will:

Discuss the benefits of breastfeeding

Teach you about positioning and latching

Review how to avoid common breastfeeding challenges

Discuss how Dads can be an important part of the breastfeeding relationship

These workshops are free to attend, but registration is required. Register Online
